1、核心裝置脫硫反應塔是將沼氣中氣相的H2S通過循環(huán)水中的氫氧根離子溶解到循環(huán)水中，形成液相硫化物，處理后的沼氣中不含空氣，對沼氣的后處理如沼氣提純提供了有力的條件。也保證了生物脫硫系統(tǒng)及整個后續(xù)沼氣處理的安全。脫硫反應塔由玻璃鋼材料制造，根據(jù)每個項目的不同分別量身設計，以保證佳的處理效果和經(jīng)濟的投資成本。

2、生物再生池內有空氣曝氣系統(tǒng)、加熱系統(tǒng)、加藥系統(tǒng)、補水系統(tǒng)，提供循環(huán)水中微生物需要的溶解氧、生長溫度、適應的PH值及營養(yǎng)，通過脫硫微生物的作用，將再生池內循環(huán)水中的硫化物在生物作用下轉化為單質硫和氫氧根離子，單質硫從循環(huán)水體內析出，氫氧根離子又回到循環(huán)水中重復利用。

微生物生長在循環(huán)水體內，循環(huán)水將脫硫反應塔、再生池、沉淀池、循環(huán)水泵等連起來。噴淋系統(tǒng)可以讓沼氣和循環(huán)水充分接觸，以促進硫化氫從氣相到液相的轉化，被微生物快速分解。微生物生長需要一定的營養(yǎng)元素，一般采用營養(yǎng)液投加形式。營養(yǎng)液加到循環(huán)水管路，加藥量由計量泵進行精確控制。由于硫化物經(jīng)脫硫菌轉化為單質硫和還原OH根離子，其中有2%的硫化物轉化為硫酸根，導致循環(huán)水的PH值逐漸下降，因此，需要不斷投加堿中和硫酸根離子，投加形式同營養(yǎng)投加形式
