Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional dry desulfurization technology of cement kiln, a hot raw meal desulfurization technology of cement kiln is developed. Based on the traditional dry desulfurization with furnace hot raw meal, this technology optimizes the dry desulfurization system of cement kiln by means of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation, and significantly improves the desulfurization reaction efficiency. Specifically, the technology has the following characteristics: (1) strengthening the mixing effect of hot raw meal and SO2 in flue gas.
