脫硫脫硝技術(shù)分為SCR脫硝和SNCR脫硝兩種

SCR脫硝即選擇性催化復(fù)原技術(shù),是指在催化劑的作用和在氧氣存在條件下,NH3優(yōu)先和NOx發(fā)作復(fù)原脫除反響,生成氮?dú)夂退?/div>

SCR脫硝的反響中心是脫硝催化劑,SCR催化壽命約為3-5年,2014年我國(guó)燃煤電廠開端大范圍啟用SCR催化劑達(dá)成脫硝目的,隨著SCR脫硝系統(tǒng)在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)火電和非電范疇催化劑運(yùn)用量的遞增,從今年往后的1-2年,我國(guó)將有大量脫硝催化劑面臨報(bào)廢。預(yù)測(cè)以為,到2025年脫硝催化劑廢棄量將到達(dá)40.01萬立方米,年報(bào)廢量到達(dá)20萬噸。
